This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong ownership, hands-on SaaS expertise, and the ability to independently lead initiatives that improve reliability, scalability, automation, and operational excellence across the enterprise. This role will manage and govern a diverse portfolio of critical platforms, including Slack, Zoom, Miro, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and other collaboration, HR, finance, security, and AI-driven tools.
