Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.49 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do:<ul><li>Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.</li><li>Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting site personnel and following reporting protocols.</li><li>Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.</li><li>Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to help to deter unauthorized entry, assist with directions, and/or report security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.</li><li>Hospital vaccines are required.</li><li>Must be willing to work in a hospital environment that may include the morgue.</li><li>Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.</li><li>Be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.</li><li>A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.</li><li>A minimum of 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field is required.</li><li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li><li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li><li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li><li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li><li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.</li><li>A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.</li><li>Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.</li><li>Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.</li><li>Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.</li></ul> Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
