In this role, you’ll help create a seamless daily experience for residents by supporting Resident Engagement and Resident Services/Concierge through a wide range of hands‑on responsibilities—setting up and resetting rooms for programs and events (tables, chairs, furniture, décor/theme items), assisting with audio/visual set‑ups (movies, virtual meetings, presentations), completing room reservations and coordinating work orders, and responding promptly to radio requests. Success in this role requires strong customer service, comfort using Microsoft Outlook, resident‑facing apps, and related work order/technology systems, and the ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast‑moving environment.
