We are looking for new Hospitality Team Members with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and interact with customers in a fast-pacedenvironment while assisting with various aspects of service operations.Job Description and DutiesA Jiffy Lube Hospitality Team Member performs guest service duties, including:    Greeting customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.    Gathering information for work orders.    Ringing out customers using a computerized cash register.    Assisting the vehicle team with vacuuming cars and supporting operations as needed.    Maintaining the customer lounge area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and comfortable.Ideal Jiffy Lube team members possess positivity, diligence, and adaptability, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Shift OpeningsPart and Full Time Positions AvailableTypical hours: 8am - 6pm, Monday – Saturday, 8am-5pm on SundaysRequirements    Must have reliable transportation.    Must work Saturdays or Sundays.    Experience in customer service or automotive environments preferred.    Must be able to operate a computerized cash register, handle money, and complete transactions accurately.    Must have excellent communication and decision-making skills.    Must be friendly and outgoing, able to provide outstanding customer service.    Must be able to work in a team environment and independently.    Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods.    Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.CompensationThis position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.00-$17.00 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities:
What you will do as a Hopsitality Aide<ul><li>Answers call lights and relay messages to Charge Nurse/GNA as appropriate </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Returns carts to dietary department at mealtimes </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Fills Water Pitches </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Hands out trays at mealtimes </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Assists with diversional activities </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Cleans diet kitchen including refrigerator </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Straightens utility rooms </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Cleans oxygen concentrators, feeding pumps, IV poles as needed </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Straightens closets, bedside tables as needed </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Moves resident items when room changes are made </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Cleans wheelchairs as needed </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Sets up trays for residents who feed themselves </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Makes resident beds</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Practices infection control and standard precaution techniques as consistent with FutureCare’s policies and procedures</li></ul>What you will get once you successfully complete the Hospitality Aide training<ul><li>Guaranteed entry into one of our accredited training centers in a 4-8 week CNA training program</li><li>On-Site hands-on clinical skills training in your last week of training</li><li>CNA certification upon successful completion of the training</li><li>Ability to take the GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) exam</li></ul>
