In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, You will get to serve along side many amazing people. You will oversee all Front of House Operations from our Dining room to our Drive Thru. Serving our guests at a high level while leading the Front of House Staff to do the same. You will help coach, train and lead a group of people to execute Hospitality and 2nd mile service in all operations of the front of house. You will be expected to hold accountability for yourself and the entire Staff for policies of the store, Food Safety, Food Quality and Hospitality.
