Job Details Job ID: 27663 Pay Frequency: Hourly Job Type: Temporary (W-2 through AMMON Staffing) Work Setting: On-Site (Not Remote) Department/Industry: Hospitality / Events Schedule: Shift-based (varies by venue/event) Shift: Varies (mornings, evenings, weekends) Overtime: Yes (if applicable) Benefits: Weekly Pay; Health Benefits Available (for eligible employees) Screening Requirements: Drug Screen; Background Check Experience Required: 1+ year (unless otherwise stated) Start: Ongoing Event Assignments (Start ASAP) Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; fast-paced guest-facing environment Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Greet guests and provide a professional first impression </li><li>Manage guest flow, seating, and wait lists </li><li>Assist with reservations and answer guest questions </li><li>Communicate with servers and managers to support smooth service </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized host stand / entrance area </li><li>Follow venue policies and hospitality standards </li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Customer service experience preferred (host/hostess experience is a plus) </li><li>Strong communication skills and professional demeanor </li><li>Reliable and punctual; able to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Ability to stand/walk for extended periods </li><li>Must pass a drug screen and background check </li></ul>Scheduling (How It Works) <ul><li>Shifts vary by location and event schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends) </li><li>You pick up shifts based on your availability </li><li>Once you accept a shift, you're expected to arrive on time and complete the assignment </li></ul>Dress Code Dress requirements vary by venue.
