One (1) year of full-time experience planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in a healthcare setting, and demonstrating supervisory abilities, or two (2) years of employment with Crestwood as a Recovery Coach, Service Coordinator, or other applicable role. Within three (3) months of accepting this position, the incumbent will obtain a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education focusing on planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs in a healthcare setting and mental health.
