Oversee contracts and procurement activities supporting Facilities and Construction, including sourcing, competitive bidding, requests for proposal, contract administration, vendor onboarding, vendor compliance, vendor performance management, and cost management. Oversee Project Managers, functional managers, and other assigned team members responsible for construction and capital projects, facilities operations and maintenance, procurement, contracts, and vendor management.
