Hiring Agency Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field (including, but not limited to: Social work, Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, and Psychology), one (1) year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disability or other developmental disabilities, and four (4) to seven (7) years of experience. Incumbents ensure the coordination of work performed by interdisciplinary staff through monitoring facility surveys and licensure and certification actions, by regulating client activity through ISP's, 24 hour schedules, training programs and by keeping abreast of current policies and regulation.
