Constantly performs essential maintenance to facility or equipment which may include but are not limited to the following activities: partial-reach to full-reach overhead, crouching, kneeling, shoveling, working in narrow and/or confining spaces underground, overhead, and at ground level, twisting of the waist, shoulders, and legs, and lying on stomach and/or back. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep of buildings and facilities, including scheduled maintenance, work orders, and safety checks for systems such as pools, HVAC, and boilers.
