Under general supervision, this position supports the engineering team, performing beginning to intermediate level work cleaning and maintaining grounds and building, including routine maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning, snow and ice removal, and general upkeep. Assists guests and employees as needed, including adjusting room temperatures, vehicle service (e.g., dead battery, flat tire, locked out), and moving furniture and equipment.
