Working closely with Learning & Development, HR, IT, Communications, Legal, and business leaders, this position drives innovation, data-driven decision making, end-to-end compliance training, and the adoption of emerging learning technologies, including AI-enabled solutions. Learning Systems Management • Lead administration and optimization of learning systems, including LMS, LXP, learning content platforms, virtual learning tools, skills platforms, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
