Be knowledgeable of all duties performed by the Front Desk Agents, Reservations Agent, Bellmen, Front Desk Supervisors, Night Auditors including computer, Sales systems, Housekeeping systems and cashier systems, as well as the reservations system including room rates and types of accommodations. We are in search of a smart, friendly, customer and team oriented Front Office Manager who will be responsible for supervising the daily of operations of the front office team to help maximize revenues, profits and professionalism, while providing an example of attaining optimal guest satisfaction.
