Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership experience, including effective coaching, team building, and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, supervise, and delegate for a facility requiring services 24 hours per day, seven days per week Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, internet, and the ability to learn new software Demonstrated experience in Environmental Services in a hospital setting (preferred). Physical Requirements: Ongoing need to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy.
