You create your own schedule. Ideally looking for people who are available Saturday and Sunday from 9AM-5PM. The perfect candidate will also be available Monday through Friday. The primary role of this position is to efficiently maintain the cleanliness of our clients’ private residences/commercial. The job duties require style, detail and service attributes that are key for proving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must provide their own transportation and cleaning supplies. We provide the leads. **Responsibilities:** - Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing - Sanitize all areas including bathrooms and kitchens - Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs - Launder linens and towels when requested and make beds - Handle floor care duties including vacuuming and mopping - Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed **Experience:** - Proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management - Knowledge of various cleaning methods and equipment - Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques - Experience as a supervisor in housekeeping is a plus! - Strong customer service skills This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your attention to detail and cleaning expertise will be valued. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.28 + $3.72 reimbursement (Monday - Friday) $17.28 + $7.72 reimbursement ( Saturday - Sunday) The reimbursement does not get taxed. The reimbursement amount gets multiplied by the number of hours you work for the week.  So, for example if you work 35 hours from Monday through Friday your take home pay would be $130.20 ON TOP of your hourly rate. Any tips or gas $ gets added to your reimbursement total amount.  Expected hours: 30-40 per week

The ideal candidate will work closely with management and department leaders to oversee front desk operations, housekeeping coordination, staff accountability, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This person must be comfortable leading by example, resolving issues calmly, and creating a positive culture among a diverse team. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are strongly preferred.
