The position will partner closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Security, Banquets, and hotel leadership to address maintenance needs quickly while minimizing disruption to guests and hotel operations. As a senior member of the Engineering team, this position will assist with training, coaching, scheduling, assigning work, monitoring productivity, maintaining parts and equipment inventories, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and applicable codes .
