The role manages and analyzes training and compliance data across internal systems and external regulatory and vendor portals; develops dashboards and reports to provide leaders with timely, data‑driven insight; and maintains accurate, audit‑ready records. Manage, reconcile, and maintain training, certification, and licensing data across multiple systems, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS, licensing databases, and third-party or regulatory portals.
