Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing, repair, machining, welding, inspection, blending, coating, aerospace, or industrial operations experience, including at least two (2) years of leadership experience as a Team Lead, Cell Lead, Supervisor, Military Leader, or equivalent. Mentor team leads, trainers, and emerging leaders while demonstrating respect, integrity, accountability, consistency, clear communication, sound judgment, and appropriate protection of confidential information.
