The HVAC Controls Mechanic performs operations as required by job work order and/or blueprint or diagram in preventive maintenance, operation, and repair to various types of boiler and refrigeration plant equipment used in building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Must be experienced in repair and maintenance of all types of pumps (centrifugal, rotary, positive displacement, submersible, turbine, and reciprocating), handling water, condensate, and steam.
