Prepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting schedules and reconciliations• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, including balance sheet and P&L analysis• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances as needed• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages• Assist with revenue, accruals, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and other general accounting activities• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and SOX requirements• Support internal and external audit requests and prepare audit support documentation• Assist with process improvements, automation efforts, and system enhancements• Collaborate cross functionally with finance and operational teams on ad hoc projects and initiatives• Perform additional accounting and finance duties as assignedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience; public accounting experience (Big 4 or mid-tier firm) and/or experience within a public technology company preferred• Strong understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting processes• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or Workday• Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
