FINANCIAL ADVISOR (ENTRY-LEVEL) – FINANCIAL PLANNER | WEALTH MANAGEMENT TRAINEE | INSURANCE AND INVESTMENT REPRESENTATIVE LOCATION: Remote / Hybrid, United States JOB TYPE: Full-Time SALARY: $60,000 - $120,000 per year (W-2; Commission-Based Compensation; Residual Income; Performance Bonuses) ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring an Entry-Level Financial Advisor to provide financial planning, retirement planning, insurance planning, and investment advisory support. This role is designed for individuals pursuing a long-term career in wealth management, financial services, or insurance sales. This is a W-2 position with commission-based compensation. Earnings are tied to production, client acquisition, and retention. RESPONSIBILITIES<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and business development</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Conduct financial needs analysis and fact-finding interviews</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Educate clients on retirement planning, life insurance, disability insurance, and investment options</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Support portfolio implementation including mutual funds and insurance products</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Maintain client relationship management (CRM) records</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation standards</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Participate in licensing preparation and professional development</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Deliver ongoing client service and relationship management</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">High school diploma or equivalent</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ability to obtain Life and Health Insurance license</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong communication and consultative sales skills</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Comfortable with prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">1+ year of experience in sales, banking, insurance, financial services, or customer service</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Active Life and Health Insurance license</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Interest in securities licensing including Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, or Series 66</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Interest in Certified Financial Planner (CFP) track</li></ul>BENEFITS<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">W-2 employment status</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Commission-based compensation with residual income</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Performance bonuses and production incentives</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">401(k) with company match</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Licensing sponsorship (if applicable)</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Structured mentorship and financial advisor training program</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Flexible scheduling</li></ul>ABOUT THE COMPANY The company provides comprehensive financial planning services including retirement planning, investment advisory services, portfolio management, insurance solutions, estate planning coordination, and wealth management strategies.
