Opportunities include a fully onsite role, hybrid model, or remote teleradiology position depending on preference and experience.Our system offers a collaborative environment with strong administrative and IT support, allowing physicians to focus on high-quality patient care.Practice Highlights<ul><li>Flexible scheduling options:<ul><li>Onsite: 1 week onsite, 2 weeks remote, 1 week off, 1 weekend per month, coverage is 7a-5p</li><li>Remote (teleradiology): 3 weeks on, 1 week off, 1 weekend per month</li></ul></li><li>Modern imaging platforms and enterprise PACS</li><li>Strong referral base with high, consistent volume</li><li>Subspecialty interests welcome</li><li>Efficient workflow and robust IT infrastructure</li><li>Collaborative radiology team and system-wide clinical support</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies including:<ul><li>CT</li><li>MRI</li><li>Ultrasound</li><li>X-ray</li><li>Nuclear Medicine (if applicable)</li></ul></li><li>Mammography preferred, not required</li><li>Participate in general radiology coverage and call rotation (onsite and/or remote)</li><li>Collaborate with referring physicians and clinical teams</li><li>Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and reporting standards</li><li>Optional procedural work depending on location and preference</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>MD or DO</li><li>Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology</li><li>Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure</li><li>Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care</li><li>Fellowship training welcome but not required</li></ul>Compensation & Benefits<ul><li>Highly competitive salary and productivity incentives</li><li>Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (for onsite roles)</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including:<ul><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Retirement plan with employer match</li><li>CME allowance and paid time off</li><li>Malpractice coverage</li></ul></li><li>Flexible work models including remote and hybrid options</li></ul>About Mississippi Baptist Medical CenterMississippi Baptist Medical Center is a premier not-for-profit medical center and regional referral hub for the state of Mississippi.
