In this role you will foster B2C and B2B relationships to significantly grow membership and product/service utilization and be responsible for delivering an unmatched sales and service experience as a function of First Commonwealth’s Bank @ Work Program.
You will help empower members on their pursuit of financial happiness by offering personalized, needs-based solutions under the direction of VP, Director of Corporate and Community Development and partnership with our Market Managers by executing the following:
• Act as primary contact to develop, cultivate and nurture member group relationships in HR, Finance and other key business areas within your assigned member groups. Be the primary VOC (voice of customer/member) for your assigned member group relationships, relaying critical feedback to help First Commonwealth continually improve and make doing business with us easier and more attractive.
