Our niche industry requires project managers to have a wide range of skills and knowledge.      Project Manager Primary Duties & Responsibilities  <ul><li>Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to ensure project success</li><li>Oversee and track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines throughout the project lifecycle  (permitting, fabrication, and installation) </li><li>Maintain detailed cost tracking to ensure alignment with project budget</li><li>Handle accurate data entry and maintain up-to -date project records, files and documentation</li><li>Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors</li><li>Interpret and work from engineered drawings and sign plans</li><li>Scheduling and coordination of site work</li><li>Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>  Qualifications <ul><li> 3-5+ years of project management experience in the signage or construction industry </li><li>Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, with coursework in business, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or project management preferred. </li><li>PMP certification is a plus but not required</li><li>Excellent problem solving and communication skills</li><li>5+ years successfully working within a project schedule and/or budget •</li><li>5+ year business-to-business communication and service</li><li>5+ year managing and meeting milestones and deadlines</li><li>Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills</li><li>Proven ability to think innovatively and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to read construction documents and site plans</li><li>Ability to Read & Understand Technical & Contractual Language / Information</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office & Adobe Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Acrobat</li></ul>What it takes to excel:  <ul><li>Proactive mindset - You anticipate challenges and stay ahead of deadlines</li><li>Strong attention to detail - you catch the small things that make a big difference</li><li>Excellent communicator - You keep clients and team informed</li><li>Leadership and accountability - You take ownership of your projects and drive them to success</li><li>Adaptability - You can pivot quickly and solve problems </li><li>Industry Knowledge - You understand sign types, construction methods, permitting and installation</li><li>Client-focused approach - You balance quality, budget, and customer satisfaction at every step</li><li>Travel - Willingness & Ability to Travel when required</li></ul>  Why Join Us? <ul><li>Supportive, team-oriented environment</li><li>Opportunities for career growth in a growing company</li><li>Chance to work on impactful, high visibility projects</li></ul>Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, certifications, and knowledge.
