The Site Superintendent acts as the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires that the employee is available to respond to client requests or problems during the contract phase, as well as during the warranty period, to fulfill ESG’s obligation.
