Ability to operate ultrasound equipment efficiently, evaluate sonogram to acquire diagnostic information, communicate diagnostic information to physicians, follow departmental protocols and guidelines, and communicate effectively with patients and health care team. As a member of the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine sonography team, the incumbent will perform all duties associated with acquisition, processing, submission for interpretation, and archiving of ultrasound images, and will be responsible for the care of the patient while in the ultrasound area.
