Our Project Review and Compliance programs are central to that mission, and we're looking for an experienced administrative pro to help keep them running smoothly. What You'll Do <ul><li>Support regulatory and compliance activities, including NOV (Notice of Violation) cycles, agency-issued permits, notices, public comments, and enforcement correspondence. </li><li>Draft polished correspondence and manage records and data in our custom database. </li><li>Maintain mailing lists, handle inquiries from the public and project sponsors, and support internal communication. </li><li>Spot opportunities to improve how things run - and help make them happen </li><li>Supervise, train, and mentor other Administrative Specialists </li></ul>.What You Bring<ul><li>Several years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including some supervisory or lead experience </li><li>Post-secondary education in business administration, office management, or a related field - or equivalent experience </li><li>Strong writing, organization, and prioritization skills. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems </li><li>Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach </li></ul>Why SRBC<ul><li>Mission that matters.
