The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams through all aspects of preliminary engineering while serving as a trusted advisor to clients, mentoring junior staff, supporting business development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions that meet client objectives, schedules, and budgets. This role will serve as a technical authority and project lead for high-profile Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and Illinois Tollway Phase I studies, including preliminary engineering, feasibility studies, corridor planning, alternatives analysis, and environmental documentation.
