Backed by a $24M initial investment, MPHI will enroll approximately 10,000 residents in a longitudinal program combining whole genome sequencing, advanced laboratory testing and imaging, pharmacogenomics, metabolic profiling, personalized health coaching, and comprehensive preventive health assessments - at no cost to the patient. This role will provide advanced practice clinical care throughout the participant journey, including comprehensive health assessments, interpretation and application of advanced diagnostic information, preventive health planning, risk-factor management, and longitudinal follow-up.
