The Project Manager will serve as the SCRUM-format leader for a dedicated five-person delivery team consisting of a Database Specialist, Software Engineer, Software Developer, and Software Tech Writer, coordinating timely execution of work that directly supports fishery management plans, permit issuance, vessel trip reporting, dealer reporting, and quota management for the Greater Atlantic region. The TDM division is responsible for providing web and mobile based applications, technical services and support for approximately 16,000 internal and external customers (fisheries management councils, state and USCG law enforcement, state fisheries management and other fishery management groups, and commercial fishing industry users).
