Litigation Paralegal (Trial Focus - Entertainment & Commercial Litigation) Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 base salary (DOE; flexibility for senior candidates) Location: Santa Monica, CA (Fully Remote; onsite presence required in Los Angeles duringtrial and key litigation events) Employment Type: Direct Hire Overview A highly collaborative, litigation-focused law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a lean and growing team handling entertainment and commercial litigation, including high-stakes contract disputes. This is a fully remote role day-to-day, with meaningful trial exposure and hands-on responsibility throughout all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and forward-thinking-someone who enjoys anticipating attorney needs, taking ownership of cases, and contributing beyond purely administrative tasks.
