Oversee maintenance and repair of workshop infrastructure, including benches, racking, shelving, lighting, and shop-floor equipment, and manage external contractors for work outside the team's scope. Manage inventory and procurement of tools, parts, and consumables, maintaining accurate logs of borrowed, repaired, and available items and reordering before stock runs out.
