As our NetSuite Systems Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for our ERP environment: configuring, optimizing, and extending NetSuite to support a fast-moving, scaling company. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT to translate business needs into reliable, well-built system solutions. This is not a “ticket-taker” role. You’ll be expected to understand the business deeply, proactively surface gaps, and drive improvements before anyone has to ask. You’ll report directly to the VP of IT and carry meaningful influence over how the platform evolves. If you take pride in building systems that scale, enjoy untangling complex business processes, and want your work to leave a lasting mark — this is your role. <h3>Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?</h3>In the first 30 days, you will:<ul><li>Get up to speed on Evolv’s NetSuite environment: its configuration, customizations, integrations, open issues, and technical debt. </li><li>Build working relationships with key stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT. </li><li>Contribute to active support and configuration work from day one — you won’t be warming a bench. </li><li>Identify your first opportunities to improve or simplify something and share your early observations with the team. </li></ul>Within 3 months, you will:<ul><li>Demonstrate thorough working knowledge of Evolv’s NetSuite configuration, workflows, and third-party integrations. </li><li>Own the day-to-day administration of the platform including fielding requests, resolving issues, and managing changes with rigor while ensuring SOX compliance. </li><li>Build trust with Finance and Operations as a reliable, business-savvy technical partner. </li><li>Deliver a new workflow, a saved search consolidation or a customization fix that makes someone’s job measurably easier and less error-prone. </li><li>Contribute to documentation and configuration standards that raise the bar for how the platform is managed. </li></ul> By the end of the first year, you will:<ul><li>Be recognized across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT as the authoritative internal resource for all things NetSuite. </li><li>Have delivered multiple system improvements that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, or enable new business capabilities. </li><li>Have expanded or meaningfully optimized at least one NetSuite module — whether that’s SuiteAnalytics, a new workflow suite, a third-party integration, or a SuiteScript customization. </li><li>Lead or support at least one data migration or system transition, bringing clean, validated data into NetSuite with minimal disruption to the business. </li><li>Contribute ideas and observations toward a forward-looking view of platform needs, in collaboration with the VP of IT. </li><li>Ensure the platform remains stable, secure, and compliant as Evolv scales </li></ul><h3>The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?</h3>NetSuite Administration & Configuration <ul><li>Own day-to-day NetSuite administration, including user management, roles and permissions, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and transaction forms. </li><li>Configure and maintain NetSuite records, fields, forms, and workflows to reflect evolving business requirements. </li><li>Manage system updates, sandbox/production release cycles, and environment stability across NetSuite versions. </li><li>Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, customizations, data models, and change history. </li></ul>Customization & Development <ul><li>Evaluate and work with existing SuiteScript customizations; engage developers or vendors when scripting work is needed. </li><li>Create and manage SuiteFlow / Workflow Manager automations that reduce manual steps and enforce business rules. </li><li>Build and maintain custom records, fields, saved searches, and advanced PDF/HTML templates as needed. </li><li>Evaluate enhancement requests against native NetSuite capabilities and recommend the right-sized solution. </li></ul>Integrations & Data Management <ul><li>Serve as the business-side point of contact for NetSuite integrations with other internal systems; triage issues and coordinate with IT or vendors on resolution. </li><li>Troubleshoot integration errors and data discrepancies; partner with vendors or IT to resolve root causes. </li><li>Lead or support data migrations — scoping, mapping, validating, and importing data between systems with accuracy and auditability. </li><li>Monitor data quality and implement governance practices to keep NetSuite records accurate and trustworthy. </li></ul>Business Partnering & Project Delivery <ul><li>Serve as the primary technical liaison between Finance, Accounting, Operations, and the ERP platform. </li><li>Gather and document enhancement requests; communicate clearly with stakeholders about status and timing. </li><li>Lead or support NetSuite module expansions, process redesigns, or new capability rollouts end-to-end. </li><li>Train end users on new features, workflows, and best practices; develop resources that reduce recurring support requests. </li></ul>Monitoring, Compliance & Support <ul><li>Monitor system health, scheduled scripts, workflows, and integrations for errors or performance degradation. </li><li>Serve as the first line of escalation for complex NetSuite issues and act as the internal expert during audits or compliance reviews. </li><li>Ensure the platform remains compliant with internal controls, data privacy standards, and any applicable regulatory requirements (including SOX where relevant). </li><li>Stay current on NetSuite release notes, evaluate new capabilities, and bring adoption recommendations to the VP of IT. </li></ul><h3>What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team?</h3>You will be joining the Cybersecurity and IT organization and will report directly to the VP of IT, sitting at the intersection of technology and finance operations. In addition to base salary, this role offers a competitive target bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. This individual will ensure the integrity of collection outcomes, according to federal and state estate recovery regulations.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Continue to refine and enhance current operations, implementing innovative methods to identify new cases, verify claims and recover payments originally paid by Medicaid and/or other state funded programs based on federal and state statutes and regulations.</li><li>Research, maintain and understand compilation of all Federal and State statutes and regulations pertaining to Third Party and Estate Recovery to ensure Medicaid is the payer of last resort.</li><li>Maintain a caseload as assigned, following established protocols</li><li>Identify benefits paid by Medicaid and calculate the total value to be recovered in each case.</li><li>Represent the best interest of the Medicaid program consistent with the goals and objectives of CHCF</li><li>Request and produce claims history printouts including all service reports from Medicaid history databases for recipient payment history.</li><li>Investigate and document all case related matters and relevant financial and medical history in order to support a claim against the probate estate or third party settlements of a Medicaid member.</li><li>Provide training of support staff</li><li>Maintain and update Recovery training manual</li><li>Maintain all case records as required for an established time period</li><li>Communicate and collaborate with probate courts, attorneys, hospitals, insurance companies and other relevant entities to insure all Medicaid related Estate Recovery cases are referred to the unit and processed accordingly</li><li>Conduct legal research through the use of public databases and web based applications and prepare legal memoranda and other case related documents for referral to Medicaid EHS legal department.</li><li>Research record of ownership and title of real estate at the Registry of Deeds</li><li>Perform other job related duties as required or assigned</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience</li><li>3 years related experience</li><li>Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience working under a licensed attorney or in an equivalent legal setting</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Knowledgeable of Massachusetts Statutes as it relates to Estate Recovery</li><li>Understanding of Medicaid regulations as they govern eligibility requirements</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, web based solutions and scanning software</li><li>Effective negotiation skills</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Third Party Recovery or collections experience</li><li>Paralegal degree</li><li>Proficient in Probate and Real Estate Law, Wills and Trusts, Chain of title research and insurance regulations pertaining to Medicaid qualifying annuities.</li><li>Possess a thorough understanding and knowledge of the state and federal laws and the procedures relating to the recovery of medical assistance for members receiving Medicaid benefits.</li><li>Previous experience communicating professionally and effectively with Board of Hearings (BOH) personnel, enrollment centers staff and managers, family and/or legal representatives of Medicaid members and the general public.</li><li>Ability to track and organize the recording of Medicaid liens in Registry of Deeds</li><li>Understand HUD settlement statements, state and federal taxes, appraisals, priority of liens and creditors, comparative market analysis, and probate-related appointments</li></ul>#LI-AC1Posting Disclaimer:This job posting outlines the primary responsibilities and qualifications for the role but is not intended to be an exhaustive list.
