In this role, you will be a subject matter expert in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and AutoPatch, driving automation, compliance, and a seamless end-user experience at scale. You'll work cross-functionally with IT, security, and operations teams to design and maintain robust endpoint solutions built on the Microsoft ecosystem. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Architect, deploy, and maintain endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, including policy configuration, compliance baselines, and app deployment across Windows environments.</li><li>Lead the design, configuration, and ongoing management of Windows Autopilot enrollment profiles and deployment scenarios (user-driven, pre-provisioned, and self-deploying), delivering a consistent zero-touch provisioning experience.</li><li>Own and optimize Intune AutoPatch to automate Windows Update cycles, ensuring devices remain patched and compliant with minimal manual intervention.</li><li>Develop and document standardized device configuration and provisioning processes, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and alignment with security policies.</li><li>Collaborate with the security team to enforce endpoint compliance, Conditional Access policies, and remediation workflows within Azure AD (Entra ID).</li><li>Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues across the Microsoft stack, acting as the primary escalation point for junior team members and helpdesk staff.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve endpoint management processes, tooling, and automation to reduce manual overhead and enhance reliability.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of experience in desktop engineering, endpoint management, or a related IT infrastructure role.</li><li>Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune - including compliance policies, configuration profiles, app packaging and deployment, and RBAC.</li><li>Strong, proven experience with Windows Autopilot, including deployment profile configuration, hybrid Azure AD join, and troubleshooting enrollment issues.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Intune AutoPatch for automated, policy-driven update management.</li><li>Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Conditional Access, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.</li><li>Experience scripting and automating endpoint tasks using PowerShell.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11 environments.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.</li></ul>Required Certifications<ul><li>Jamf 100 Certification</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Typical schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.</li><li>Must be flexible to accommodate departmental needs and client/staff time zones.</li></ul>Work Location<ul><li>Remote and onsite at the Slipstream LS Corporate office in Blue Bell, PA.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with JAMF Pro or JAMF Now for macOS/iOS device management.</li><li>Experience with ConnectWise (Manage, Automate, or Control) in a managed services or MSP environment.</li><li>Familiarity with ITSM workflows and ticketing platforms.</li><li>Microsoft certifications such as MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator) or MS-102 (Enterprise Administrator Expert).</li><li>Experience with SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager and hybrid co-management scenarios.</li><li>Background working in an MSP or multi-tenant endpoint management environment.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>401k match</li><li>Comprehensive group health, dental, vision benefits</li><li>Life insurance/LTD</li><li>Discretionary PTO</li></ul>Slipstream is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
