The Business Analyst / Test Engineer works closely with the Project Manager, Technical Lead, software developers, database personnel, client stakeholders, Help Desk personnel, and other technical teams to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and ensure fixes, enhancements, and releases satisfy approved requirements before production deployment. The role supports requirements analysis, backlog refinement, functional documentation, software testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Section 508 validation, defect management, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) coordination, and release readiness across client applications and integrations.
