Introduction:
SymphonyAI Retail is now hiring a Manager of Customer Insights to join our team and support a national team of a major retailer located in Modesto, California!  Please Note: This position is hybrid and requires 2-3 days per week in the Modesto location. As such, candidates must reside in commutable distance to Modesto. This fantastic position provides dedicated, onsite customer insights consulting support for the merchandising team of a large grocery retailer. Leading client initiatives related to customer-centric retailing and leveraging customer insight for decision making. A successful candidate will possess both a deep client service background that enables them to derive actionable insights, work with data, and drive engagement with category management teams, sales, marketing and leadership.  Individual will be a self-starter, prepared to execute against a strategic plan to consistently deliver on targets and see tasks through to execution. In this client facing role, the Customer Insights Manager is the customer insight champion, working with category management and sales managers on a daily basis. As a key member of the retail team, your support will include utilizing and maintaining/supporting Symphony RetailAI tools. The ability to generate insights and partner with the merchants to drive value from those insights is vital to the success of the role. This person must be a proficient communicator who can work independently or with groups to achieve optimal performance. Job Description:
WHAT WILL YOU DO?<ul><li>Support client objectives to improve their overall business by driving customer loyalty and sales</li><li>Own it! You will manage the relationship of a critical client team for SRAI</li><li>Coach merchant teams to use customer insight in their day to day decision-making</li><li>Provide actionable insights and recommendations backed by facts</li><li>Utilize BI tools including Symphony RetailAI reports to help answer retailer business questions</li><li>Partner with internal and external CPG focused teams on key initiatives</li><li>Train clients on use of Symphony RetailAI tools and insights</li><li>Support all key business strategies as identified by client</li><li>Manage several projects simultaneously </li><li>Participate in key cross functional projects that cut across retail team(s)</li><li>Participate in development of best practices, training and reference materials</li><li>Contribute to quality control and validation of all reporting and troubleshooting data and software issues as needed</li><li>Actively participate in and assist with preparations for team and client meetings as requested</li></ul>WHAT WILL YOU BRING<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science or a Related Field is required</li><li>Strong prior experience working across merchandising / category management (assortment, pricing, promotion, placement), either from a management consulting or retailer standpoint</li><li>Experience leveraging data and analytics for category management / merchandising decision making</li><li>Strong analytics aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience successfully influencing clients</li><li>Persuasive and clear oral and written communication skills</li><li>Demonstrated drive and initiative</li><li>Ability to develop productive and professional client relationships</li><li>Thrive in a fast paced, deadline-oriented work environment</li><li>Must be detail and quality oriented</li><li>High technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel (high proficiency required), Word, and PowerPoint</li><li>Power BI and SQL not required, but definitely a bonus!</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Payroll Specialist I to support our teams in the field. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve. This position is hybrid, requiring the candidate to report to our Corporate Office in Lodi, twice per week. What You’ll Do(E) Payroll Processing and Controls:<ul><li>Process semi‑monthly payroll for assigned branches or employee groups in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.</li><li>Audit timekeeping records and payroll inputs for accuracy, completeness, and required approvals using Time & Attendance, Payroll, and ticketing systems.</li><li>Import and export payroll data between business management systems and HRM/payroll systems.</li><li>Reconcile payroll data and identify discrepancies prior to pay issuance, escalating non‑routine issues as needed.</li></ul>(E) Employee Pay Administration:<ul><li>Process employee advances, paybacks, and standard payroll adjustments.</li><li>Update and maintain employee payroll records across all systems, including address changes, tax elections, pay rates, and deductions.</li><li>Process manual checks for terminations, PTO buybacks, and other miscellaneous pay items.</li><li>Ensure final pay calculations follow established wage and hour guidelines and internal policies.</li></ul>(E) Timekeeping and Leave Administration:<ul><li>Review and process timekeeping data to ensure compliance with company policies.</li><li>Process employee time‑off requests including PTO, bereavement, jury duty, and other leave types.</li><li>Partner with managers and employees to resolve routine timekeeping or leave discrepancies.</li></ul>(E) Prevailing Wage and Specialized Payroll:<ul><li>Generate prevailing wage timesheets for designated projects using established procedures.</li><li>Process prevailing wage payroll accurately and timely under guidance.</li><li>Maintain required prevailing wage documentation and records.</li></ul>(E) Compliance and Garnishments:<ul><li>Apply wage garnishments and deductions in accordance with instructions and applicable regulations.</li><li>Follow established compliance procedures related to payroll transactions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records supporting payroll compliance and audits.</li></ul>(E) Employee Support and Customer Service:<ul><li>Respond to employee payroll inquiries related to pay statements, direct deposit, W‑2s, W‑4s, and payroll timing.</li><li>Provide accurate, professional, and timely customer service while maintaining confidentiality.</li><li>Escalate complex or sensitive payroll issues appropriately.</li></ul>(E) Reporting, Systems and Continuous Improvement:<ul><li style="list-style-type:none"><ul><li>Run standard payroll and HRM system reports as requested.</li><li>Maintain documentation in accordance with payroll SOPs.</li><li>Participate in payroll process improvements, system testing, and other related duties as assigned.</li></ul></li></ul>What’s In It for You?<ul><li>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance</li><li>Life and AD&D Insurance, Voluntary Term Life and AD&D Insurance</li><li>Employee Assistance Plan</li><li>401(k) Plan with Company Match</li><li>Pet Insurance</li><li>Employees earn between $25 - $29 per hour!</li></ul>Learn more about careers with Clark…

Qualifications:
