Clients include utility companies, municipalities, school districts, and other commercial and public entity clients. <ul><li>Lead clients through the full litigation lifecycle — depositions, discovery, hearings, and trial</li><li>Draft briefs, pleadings, dispositive motions, stipulations, and position statements</li><li>Defend and take depositions; manage written discovery and trial prep</li><li>Counsel clients on risk exposure, policy development, and litigation strategy</li><li>Collaborate across the litigation group and participate in practice group meetings and CLE initiatives</li></ul> Looking for: <ul><li>Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing</li><li>Recent general litigation experience with institutional or commercial clients — utility companies, municipalities, school districts, or similar public entity/commercial matters</li></ul> Experience in any of the following areas welcomed: <ul><li>General Litigation / Commercial Litigation</li><li>Municipal Litigation</li><li>Public Entity Defense</li><li>Employment Litigation</li><li>Insurance Coverage Litigation</li></ul> Interested in hearing more? Our Project Review and Compliance programs are central to that mission, and we're looking for an experienced administrative pro to help keep them running smoothly. What You'll Do <ul><li>Support regulatory and compliance activities, including NOV (Notice of Violation) cycles, agency-issued permits, notices, public comments, and enforcement correspondence. </li><li>Draft polished correspondence and manage records and data in our custom database. </li><li>Maintain mailing lists, handle inquiries from the public and project sponsors, and support internal communication. </li><li>Spot opportunities to improve how things run - and help make them happen </li><li>Supervise, train, and mentor other Administrative Specialists </li></ul>.What You Bring<ul><li>Several years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including some supervisory or lead experience </li><li>Post-secondary education in business administration, office management, or a related field - or equivalent experience </li><li>Strong writing, organization, and prioritization skills. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems </li><li>Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach </li></ul>Why SRBC<ul><li>Mission that matters.
