• Prepare detailed appraisal reports for property acquisitions related to municipal and WisDOT projects.

Real Estate Services Appraiser - Skills and Requirements</p><p>• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation real estate/right-of-way services with a focus on appraisal.
• Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser required.
• WisDOT-approved Appraiser preferred.
• Familiarity with the WisDOT Real Estate Program Manual.
• Strong understanding of real estate laws, eminent domain principles, Uniform Act, and NEPA.
• Ability to prepare clear, defensible appraisal reports and communicate findings effectively.
• Notary Public certification, or ability to obtain.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
