Founded in 2017, we began as an Amazon reseller and transitioned to brand partnerships in 2023, bringing operational excellence to a portfolio of eight and nine-figure brands.  We’re hiring an Inventory Manager (Planner/Buyer) to fully own demand forecasting, inventory levels and ordering decisions for our partner brands. Responsibilities will include forecasting marketplace demand at the sku level, lead time management, purchase order creation, stock level monitoring, and managing supply chain assistants. Your job is to ensure we maintain optimal stock levels across our catalog, collaborate with our brand partners to solve supply chain constraints and contribute to creating scalable systems that provide both visibility and control.Responsibilities:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc">Own day-to-day supply chain execution across assigned brands, including purchase order tracking, vendor follow-up, warehouse coordination, and replenishment workflows</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Develop and manage 3, 6, and 9 month ordering strategies tailored to brand goals</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Lead independently or join brand calls related to solving supply chain challenges</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Monitor sales velocity, stock levels, and upcoming replenishment needs to prevent stockouts and overstocks</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Track liquidations and product launches cross functionally with the brand management team</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Manage and train supply chain VA(s), including task assignment, quality control, follow-up, and recurring workflow improvement</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Work directly with COO on process improvement within the department</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Create, improve, and maintain supply chain related SOPs</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Coordinate freight quotes for inbound and outbound shipments in tandem with warehouse team</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Stay curious and build practical working knowledge of Amazon operations, inventory management, ecommerce workflows, and internal systems</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc">2–5 years of experience in ecommerce operations, supply chain logistics, or another detail-heavy execution role</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Comfortable working with spreadsheets, task lists, dashboards, and operational data</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Clear written and verbal communicator who can document decisions, and keep people aligned</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Able to manage VA(s) or junior support team members with clarity and accountability</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Strong problem-solving instincts. This system is the backbone of our operations and a cornerstone of Lineage's technology and productivity strategy. In this role, you will shape the future of Connect, making it the premier WMS for temperature-controlled environments globally.You will lead a talented product team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive innovation that impacts the entire food supply chain.Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Define and execute the strategic vision for Lineage's proprietary WMS (Connect).</li><li>Develop near and long-term product roadmaps aligned with company goals and initiatives.</li><li>Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders (including C-Suite) and external clients to discuss future initiatives and enhancements to our systems.</li><li>Lead the product team to prioritize the needs and incoming requests of stakeholders while considering value, scope, budget, resources, dependencies, and timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with product leaders across different teams to align roadmaps and ensure cohesive execution.</li><li>Communicate expectations and gain buy in from stakeholders, ensuring a consistent feedback loop.</li><li>Establish success metrics for strategic initiatives and track measurable outcomes.</li><li>Facilitate annual and quarterly planning sessions for development priorities.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across teams to enhance delivery and value creation.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in leadership roles.</li><li>Strong relationship-building skills with engineering, design, leadership, and internal & external stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and convey concepts & results to a non-technical audience.</li><li>Proven ability to lead change in large, complex organizations.</li><li>Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, highly visible, and changing environment.</li><li>Experience in logistics or supply chain; warehouse operations experience is a plus.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Hands-on experience with WMS platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and analytical tools (SQL, Excel).</li><li>People management experience with multiple direct reports.</li><li>Exceptional track record of delivering large-scale projects for Fortune 500 companies.</li></ul>#LI-RemoteWhy Lineage?This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
