Specific Duties and Responsibilities Provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments, diagnostic formulations, and treatment (individual, family, and group psychotherapy) for patients in the Adult Schizophrenia Program and Clozapine Clinic within the Community Psychiatry Program at Johns Hopkins Bayview. In collaboration with patients, families, case managers, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team, the Social Worker I provides psychosocial assessment, counseling, care planning, and discharge/transition support.
