Strong graphic design skills and visual storytelling ability; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience with Canva required; familiarity with Adobe Suite preferred; Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools; Strong short form content editing skills; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple small projects and meet deadlines; Comfortable communicating with staff, participants, and community partners; Willingness to ask questions and take initiative; Preferred: Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related field; Interest in nonprofit communications and community impact work. Assist in conducting interviews with program participants, residents, and partners; Help maintain and organize the organization’s story bank including quotes, testimonials, and impact highlights; Track photo releases and maintain organized digital assets; Help identify opportunities to elevate participant and resident voices.
