Identifies and maintains relationships with translation resources in the community, including private services, volunteers, universities, English as a Second Language (ESL) schools, NGOs, churches, and other organizations that might have resources to offer. At least two (2) years of customer service or case management experience required; experience in fields related to law, social work, detention, corrections or working with multi-cultural clients preferred.
