As Manager of Facilities Operations, under the supervision of the Field Director, you will assist in the development, implementation, and administration of programs to maintain mechanical, electrical, HVAC/refrigeration, Building Management Systems (BMS), plumbing, medical gas, physical plant, grounds, and equipment at designated NYP sites. As a leader within Facilities Operations, you will assist with departmental budgeting, procurement activities, regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and the strategic management of the hospital's physical plant while fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
