Own the configuration, customization, and lifecycle management of Veeva Vault (QualityDocs, QMS, RIM, Training) ensuring alignment with regulatory and business needs across clinical, quality, and regulatory affairs. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure and Operations, this role will lead cross-functional technology teams, champion continuous improvement, and ensure all systems and infrastructure comply with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and SOX regulatory requirements.
