<h2>Director of Sales</h2>Location: Gulfport, MS (Onsite at Plant – Travel Required Throughout U.S. & Caribbean) Reports To: Executive Leadership<h3>This Is Not a Maintenance Role.</h3>We are seeking a mid-career Director of Sales who is ready for the next level - someone who wants to build something meaningful, not just inherit a pipeline.This role is onsite at our Gulfport plant (unless traveling). Travel is required throughout the United States and Caribbean markets. The right candidate must be willing and able to be on the road building relationships, developing markets, and representing the company at a high level.If you're looking for a comfortable role with an established system, this is not it. If you're ready to build, lead, and scale, keep reading.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Develop and execute a national and Caribbean sales strategy</li><li>Build, structure, and lead a high-performing sales team</li><li>Establish KPIs, reporting cadence, forecasting discipline, and sales processes</li><li>Manage and grow a strategic book of business</li><li>Identify new market opportunities and expansion channels</li><li>Drive measurable revenue growth</li><li>Partner directly with executive leadership on strategic growth planning</li><li>Establish accountability and performance standards across the sales organization</li></ul>You will not be micromanaged, but you will be expected to deliver.<h2>Performance Expectations</h2>This is a build-and-deliver role. Success will be measured by results, not activity.Within the first 90 days, you will be expected to:<ul><li>Develop and present a structured sales strategy for U.S. and Caribbean markets</li><li>Establish clear KPIs and reporting cadence for the sales function</li><li>Provide accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility</li><li>Identify and prioritize target market segments and strategic accounts</li><li>Begin building or restructuring the sales team as needed</li></ul>Within the first 6 months, you will be expected to:<ul><li>Demonstrate measurable revenue growth</li><li>Build and lead a disciplined, accountable sales team</li><li>Improve forecasting accuracy and sales process consistency</li><li>Establish strong relationships with key accounts and partners</li><li>Drive expansion into new markets where strategically aligned</li></ul>Ongoing expectations:<ul><li>Meet or exceed revenue targets</li><li>Maintain visibility into pipeline, margins, and customer retention</li><li>Travel consistently to support growth initiatives</li><li>Operate with autonomy and executive-level accountability</li><li>Build a scalable sales infrastructure that supports long-term expansion</li></ul>This role requires initiative, discipline, and ownership.
