<div style="text-align:justify"><strong> Job Overview</strong></div><ul><li style="text-align:justify"> We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for the US East Coast (100% Allocation) with 6 to 10 years of experience to lead and <strong> Manage Complex IT infrastructure Projects.</strong></li><li style="text-align:justify"> You will be responsible for delivering large-scale projects focused on infrastructure components, including the main tasks of: </li><li style="text-align:justify"> Project Planning, Concept, Tracking, Reporting, Budget Oversight, Vendor Relationship Management.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Skills Required - Project Management, Technical Knowledge of IT Infrastructure.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Technical skills - knowledge in <strong> Virtual Windows Server, Networks (Switches, IP address assignment), Basic IT security knowledge (Firewall Concepts, etc.),</strong> basic knowledge in <strong> OT Infrastructure</strong> and Knowledge in '<strong> ThinManager'</strong> software an advantage.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> These activities will be within the <strong> Pharmaceutical Industry</strong>, you will lead mid- to large-sized teams, taking full ownership of the project lifecycle to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting business objectives.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Strong leadership, a proven track record in handling high-priority projects, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure are essential.</li></ul><div style="text-align:justify"><strong> Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li style="text-align:justify"> Lead cross-functional teams across multiple departments, ensuring timely completion of project tasks and driving alignment among stakeholders.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Develop and manage detailed project plans, covering scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects within the remit of the role.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Facilitate regular meetings, provide consistent status updates, and maintain clear communication across all organizational levels.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and <strong> GxP Regulations</strong>, and lead post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><div style="text-align:justify"><strong> Requirements</strong></div><ul><li style="text-align:justify"> 6-10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects, with at least 3 projects in the <strong> Pharmaceutical Industry</strong>.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Strong understanding of <strong> IT infrastructure components (Technical Knowledge of IT Infrastructure. Technical skills - knowledge in Virtual Windows Server, Networks (Switches, IP address assignment), Basic IT security knowledge (Firewall Concepts, etc.), basic knowledge in OT Infrastructure</strong>.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Knowledge in '<strong> ThinManager</strong>' software an advantage along with familiarity with <strong> GxP regulations</strong>.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Proven leadership skills in managing complex, large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning stakeholders, managing expectations, and effectively conveying project status.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Demonstrated ability to identify, escalate, and mitigate risks in high-complexity projects.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Proficiency in project management tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to specialized industry software.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.</li><li style="text-align:justify"><strong> PMP certification preferred</strong>, educational background in business, IT, or related fields.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Fluency in English.</li></ul>
