Perform delivery activities for Customer projects, including, but not limited to:Lead customer design workshops, evaluating design options and solutions to finalize design principlesDevelop a Requirements Capture document detailing the customer's technical and businessrequirementsDevelop a High-Level Design of the technical solution specificationsDevelop a Low-Level Design against the agreed requirementsDevelop the technical implementation/migration planDevelop the network test & system planStage, Implement & configure the solutions as per approved designs and implementation plansTest & commission the solution as per approved test plansDevelop & execute service transition plans/handoverAs required, train customer technical & operations personnelWork with the assigned Project Managers to ensure successful delivery and capture and changes/deviations in scope. Problem solving - The ability to identify key components of a problem to formulate a solution or solutionsPersuasive Presentation - Effectively & concisely communicates through verbal and visual methods to gain the support and cooperation from stakeholders, superiors, colleagues, subordinates, and other parties to achieve a desired course of actionFacilitation Skills - Impartially guides a group with an overall goal of reaching consensus, solving problems, or accomplishing tasks.
