Solution Design: Serve as lead solution designer for initiatives that span multiple enterprise platforms; produce Solution Architecture Documents covering end-to-end process flows, data models, integration touchpoints, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) designs, and deployment specifications, and maintain implementation authority through delivery handoff. This role does not own a single platform — it owns the architectural layer that sits across all of them: defining the principles, patterns, and governance frameworks that ensure every platform at PDS Health is adopted, configured, integrated, and evolved in a consistent, scalable, and operationally sustainable way.
