With the right initiative, that opportunity is right around the corner. JOB SUMMARYAs an Entry-Level Civil Engineer / Designer at LIVIC, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and project managers to design infrastructure solutions that make a lasting impact. You’ll contribute to the planning and design of roadways, stormwater systems, utility networks, and site development projects across Pennsylvania and beyond. This is a great launchpad for recent grads or junior designers ready to learn, grow, and get their hands dirty with real engineering work.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft construction plans and civil site layouts using Civil 3D and AutoCAD</li><li>Assist in roadway, utility, and stormwater design tasks</li><li>Contribute to grading plans, drainage layouts, and infrastructure modeling</li><li>Collaborate with engineers to prepare estimates, calculations, and permits</li><li>Review and revise plans based on redlines, agency feedback, and field data</li><li>Participate in project meetings, learn regulatory codes, and support plan submissions</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Required:</li><li><ul><li>Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field </li><li>Experience: 0-2 Years</li><li>Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D software</li><li>Accommodate necessary travel needs between offices on occasion</li><li>Ability to: </li><li><ul><li>Manage time effectively; prioritize and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities</li><li>Work in a team environment as well as independently</li><li>Establish and maintain effective work relationships, interact effectively with others</li><li>Adapt to changing work priorities, understand and follow direction</li><li>Overcome internal and external procedural challenges by offering solutions that will lead to overall operational satisfaction. </li></ul></li><li>Strong PC Skills i.e. Word, Excel, MS Outlook, Virtual Conferencing</li><li>High standards of confidentiality to handle sensitive information</li><li>Excellent Written and Oral Skills </li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>Preferred:</li></ul>o   Internship or co-op experience in civil or infrastructure designo   Familiarity with stormwater modeling tools (e.g., StormCAD)o   Knowledge of PennDOT or municipal permitting a plus LOCATIONS <ul><li>      Montoursville, PA</li><li>    Northumberland, PA</li><li>    Wormleysburg, PA </li><li>    Bloomsburg, PA</li></ul>WHY LIVIC?At LIVIC, we don’t just develop projects, we develop people.
