Core Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of Cloud Administrators, Network Administrators, and Systems Administrators to support enterprise infrastructure in both cloud and hybrid environments.</li><li>Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS) that support business-critical systems with high availability and security.</li><li>Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance system performance, improve reliability, and deliver better user experiences across the organization.</li><li>Design and maintain secure and resilient network architectures, including cloud networking, SD-WAN, firewalls, and VPN solutions.</li><li>Oversee cost analysis, procurement, and optimization of cloud services, network circuits, and related IT infrastructure contracts.</li><li>Collaborate with the CIO and executive leadership to align IT infrastructure strategies with overall business goals, including digital transformation and IT modernization efforts.</li><li>Support the development of ITIL-aligned practices, including change management, incident management, and service continuity processes.</li><li>Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies, procedures, and technical controls to support the organization’s compliance with NIST 800-171 and NIST 800-53 requirements.</li><li>Drive infrastructure-as-code adoption and DevOps methodologies to improve operational efficiency and consistency.</li><li>Lead incident response and root cause analysis efforts for IT infrastructure-related disruptions.</li><li>Maintain relationships with cloud and technology vendors to ensure service delivery, licensing compliance, and cost optimization.</li></ul>You’ll thrive here if you have<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline.</li><li>15+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on cloud and hybrid environments.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.</li><li>Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, including networking, identity, and security components.</li><li>Proficiency with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).</li><li>Experience supporting IT compliance initiatives and implementing technical controls (e.g., NIST 800-171, CIS, ISO).</li><li>Proven success leading IT infrastructure teams and driving technology transformation initiatives.</li><li>A strong background in cost analysis, vendor negotiation, and budgeting for cloud and network services.</li><li>Experience with migrating data centers to the cloud would be preferred.</li></ul>What you can expect from us The A-Team Experience is our employee program focused on helping our people thrive professionally, personally and as part of a community. 	The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. We deliver mission-critical projects across the Gulf Coast and beyond, and we're growing our Commercial West team to support upcoming federal construction opportunities.We are actively seeking Project Managers with strong commercial and federal construction experience to join us for anticipated vertical building projects.<h3>Position Summary</h3>As a Project Manager with LEMOINE, you will lead the administrative, financial, and schedule-driven management of large-scale federal construction projects.
